They are seeking exceptional Rust engineers to join their elite Quant Developer Team. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of automated trading, developing ultra-low latency systems that directly interact with the markets.Based in Dubai, you'll collaborate with a high-caliber team to design and deploy real-time trading algorithms, optimize execution strategies, and push the boundaries of performance and reliability.🧩 What You’ll Be DoingDesign, develop, and maintain latency-critical algorithmic trading systems in Rust.Implementing the full suite around market making technology.Build and optimize execution algorithms and market connectivity for Indian derivatives exchanges.Collaborate with quant researchers and traders to implement signal-driven strategies.Continuously profile and tune systems for microsecond-level latency and maximum throughput.Ensure fault-tolerant, highly available systems that can handle real-time market data and order flow.Integrate with exchange APIs and manage order lifecycle, risk checks, and position management.Monitor live trading systems and respond to production issues in real time.🧠 What They're Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Deep expertise in modern Rust with a focus on performance and concurrency.Proven experience in low-latency, multi-threaded, and real-time systems.Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and network programming.Experience with exchange protocols, FIX/OUCH, or native market APIs is a significant advantage.Familiarity with options trading, market microstructure, or execution algorithms is highly desirable.Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments with scripting and automation skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-reward environment.
