With more than a 100 million trade executions in a day, Presto is a leading financial services firm in both digital assets and traditional finance markets.As a Quant Developer at PrestoYou will develop frameworks that help researchers and traders generate and implement various trading ideas derived from the data using innovative technologies. You will also develop tools for implementing and managing strategies. You will work with the world’s top-class quantitative engineers, researchers, and traders of Presto Labs, and experience a lot of cutting-edge technologies.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with and support Quantitative Researchers and Traders on signal/alpha and strategy developmentCollaborate with external exchanges to integrate and optimize trading operations, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange.Build a robust, expandable research infrastructure, including global market data analysis, automated alpha/signal search, simulation, and performance evaluationBuild a platform to process all parts of quant trading - data processing, model building, optimization, and executionBuild visualization, monitoring, and reporting tools for live trading and simulation (market/position/profit and loss/any other statistics related to trading)QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or other quantitative disciplinesProficiency in C++ and PythonUnderstanding of object-oriented programmingExperience in Unix/Linux environmentsAbility to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environmentExcellent analytical skillsAbility to take the initiative and work without detailed guidance or supervisionPreferred2+ years of experience and proven track records in the software development industry or relevant experience (portfolio of achievement while in Master's or Ph.D. program, for instance)Experience in quantitative analysis and algorithmsStrong knowledge of probability and statistics (e.g., machine learning, time-series analysis, pattern recognition, NLP)Proficient English communication skills for business conversations and written communicationHiring processCV/ Resume SubmissionCoding & Math test1st round interview2nd round interview* Depending on the circumstances, the interview process may change.To see how Presto excels in Quant trading?
