Quantitative Researcher

Our client is looking for a Quantitative Researcher to join their team in Zug.Responsibilities:Conduct research and development of fully automated, low-latency trading strategies in the crypto space.Collaborate with a team of experienced researchers in a data-driven, PnL-focused environment.Work with a modern data and software stack, supported by high-performance computing resources.Explore and implement new PnL-generating ideas within your research area.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience researching and developing fully automated, low-latency crypto trading strategies. (Candidates without this experience will not be considered.)Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of C++ is a bonus.Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.Effective team player with good communication skills.Location and Culture:This is an onsite role in Zug, Switzerland – 5 days a week.
