Quantitative Researcher

Salt are seeking a passionate and analytical Market Researcher with a strong quantitative background and experience delivering insights on behalf of one of our biggest Travel Industry clients.In this role, you'll to join their Insights Team in an ASAP starting Maternity Cover Placement. You will take the lead on a variety of end-to-end research projects - from shaping research objectives to designing questionnaires, managing fieldwork, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.You’ll work on high-impact studies such as Creative Testing, Brand Insights, and Annual Surveys, ensuring research excellence and meaningful storytelling from data.This role combines hands-on execution with stakeholder and agency management.What You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end quantitative research projects, from scoping and design to execution and delivery.Translate business questions into research objectives and actionable insights.Connect diverse data sources to tell the bigger story behind the numbers.Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external research agencies.Present findings to cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and impact.Skills Required:5+ years’ experience in market or consumer insights, ideally in e-commerce, technology, or FMCG.Proven expertise in quantitative methodologies, survey design, and data analysis.Hands-on experience managing tracking studies, creative testing, and brand research.Proficiency with research tools such as JMP, SPSS, Pollfish, or Qualtrics. (Python/SQL a plus!)Excellent project management and communication skills.Fluency in English (written and spoken).A collaborative, proactive mindset and passion for uncovering insights that matter.
