You’ll help design, test, and deploy systematic strategies in digital asset markets, combining data-driven research with practical execution.You’ll work closely with engineers and quants to refine models, manage risk, and identify new opportunities across both centralized and decentralized venues.ResponsibilitiesResearch, develop, and backtest quantitative crypto trading strategiesAnalyze market and on-chain data to identify patterns and inefficienciesImplement and monitor live strategies, optimizing for execution and riskCollaborate with the team to improve systems and workflowsStay informed on emerging trends in crypto markets and DeFiRequirementsDegree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field2–5 years of experience in trading, research, or systematic strategy developmentStrong programming skills in Python, C++, or RustUnderstanding of crypto market structure, liquidity, and trading dynamicsSelf-directed and comfortable working independently in a distributed environmentNice to HavePrior experience running live crypto strategiesKnowledge of DeFi protocols and on-chain analyticsExperience with machine learning or statistical modelingFamiliarity with exchange APIs and trading infrastructureWhat We OfferBase salary: SGD 160,000 – 200,000 per yearPerformance-based bonusFully remote work with flexible hours (Singapore timezone preferred)Health insurance for Singapore-based employeesAnnual training and development budgetA lean, results-focused environment where ideas turn into production fastIf this sounds like a fit, we’d love to hear from you.You can apply directly here or send your CV to hiring@venturholding.com
