With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and documents. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide cost advice during planning. Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met. Support tendering by preparing/evaluating documents, reviewing bids, and negotiating contracts. Implement cost control measures, track variations, and mitigate financial risks. Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment. Identify value engineering and cost optimization opportunities. Provide regular cost updates to clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
