Quantity Surveyor (Calculation Specialist)

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor, for an important player within construction sector!Responsibilities: Prepare cost calculations and detailed estimations for construction project tenders.Analyze project documentation (drawings, bills of quantities, specifications) to ensure accurate pricing.Use specialized software for cost calculation (training provided if needed).Coordinate closely with the Tender Manager and Eligibility Specialist to prepare complete and competitive offers.Collect and analyze price quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.Verify quantities, materials, and labor requirements in line with project specifications.Maintain updated databases of material prices, subcontractor rates, and cost benchmarks.Ensure that all calculations are precise, well-documented, and submitted within tender deadlines.Desired skills/ competencies: University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.Previous experience (2–4 years) in cost estimation, quantity surveying, or tender calculations in construction.Knowledge of Romanian construction standards and cost structures.Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.Organized, methodical, and able to work under time pressure.Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular); experience with specialized calculation/estimation software is an advantage but not mandatory.Romanian language at advanced level (mandatory).📍 Location: Bucharest⌚ Schedule: Monday – Friday 🤝🏻The company offers:- Attractive compensation package: salary depending on experience + medical insurance + industry-specific trainingFor more details, maybe even an interview, send me a CV to the address v.gongu@trenkwalder.com or by call/whatsapp to the phone number 0720 011 971. 📞
