Quantity Surveyor

G2 is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Senior QS to join our client on a heavy civils project; the specific requirement is to join the client on a freelance basis to be based near to Amsterdam in the Netherlands. The client is working on a unit rate type contract, and you would be working with the Civil Construction Company. The company requires someone to be based from site for 4 days per week and the site is near Amsterdam. The role is a Quantity Surveyor looking at structural concrete construction and a number of heavy civil projects. START: ASAPLOCATION: AmsterdamDURATION: 12 Month Contract Essential Skills:-Quantity Surveyor – 3 to 10 Years Experience-Previous experience in Heavy Civils Projects -Contract negotiation experience (concept, contract, sub-contractor)-Sub-contractor management-Cost management and scheduling-Experience working variation and final accounts-English language skills / Dutch is beneficial, not essential The role would be to start at your earliest convenience, the client is looking to interview this week, and I would be happy to speak at your convenience.
