These include critical new-build and renovation projects for public buildings and hospitals. As a result of this successful expansion, the company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and ensure the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of all construction and renovation works in Greece.Key Responsibilities:As Head of Technical Office some duties will be:Preparing, reviewing, and updating project schedulesOverseeing monthly bills of quantities and payment analysisEnsuring compliance with public sector policies, procedures, and regulationsMonitoring project progress, risks, and issues, while keeping stakeholders alignedPreparing reports, documentation, and managing resources effectivelyThe Person:Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineeringExperience in public sector projects - Law 4412/20164+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering construction projects ideally in building and infrastructure, Offices, Shopping centers, Educational, Hospital and Health Centre.Proven expertise in handling certifications, accounts, and revision tables related to Public Sector Payment processes.Strong understanding of Quality and Health & Safety issues.Excellent communication, planning, and management skills.Speaks Greek and EnglishIf you are a proactive project manager with a passion for delivering projects of high public importance and a track record of success, we would like to hear from you!Apply now to join our team and make a difference in public building projects!For more information and a confidential career discussion please contact: hayley.hough@hunterphilips.com
