The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), and overseeing cost management and planning. Day-to-day tasks include cost reporting, assessment of project variations, and ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy in all aspects of the project.QualificationsStrong experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost PlanningProficiency in preparing BOQ (Bills of Quantities)Expertise in Cost ReportingExcellent analytical and numerical skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRelevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
