Duties: Accurate, well-annotated valuation and re-measurement of the complete main contractors scope of work on various projects. Measurement of all labour-only sub-contractors work fortnightly and calculation of the sub-contractors Payment Due Adjudicate and prepare contracts with sub-contractors (Nominated/Selected/Domestic & Labour-Only) Prepare Joint Building Contracts Committee contracts for new projects and submit them to the Financial Manager / Commercial Manager for signing with client …
