Quantity Surveyor

Job ScopeThe Quantity Surveyor will work within the Power division focusing on the day-to-day commercial activities of ongoing projects.Need to HaveValid work authorisation for Ireland Qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful career history with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, including Advanced Excel. Knowledge of current construction legislation. Experience with FIDIC forms of Contract. Need to DoCashflow forecasting.Tracking live costs in line with budget forecasts.Contract administration (FIDIC yellow book).Procurement & supply chain management.Regular commercial reporting.Payment applications through to final account.Agree BoQs and variations with clients.Support project teams commercially.Need to BeStrong communicator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.Must take ownership for tasks and responsibilities.Able to operate in a dynamic and fast paced organisation.Detailed orientated with proven organisational ability.Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Willing to travel when required.
