Quantity Surveyor

Graduate of Civil Engineer.With or without experience (but experience with Australian Standard is also an advantage).Job DescriptionReview tenders, contracts, structural and constructions plans in preparation to quantity requirements.Liaise with QS Assistant, Prestart, Drafting, and relevant personnel to ensure document consistency.Costing analyzation and quantity take off to certain project/client.Assist QS Assistant with Supervisor/supplier queries, additional/amended orders after job have been raised.Responsible for any revision to quantities and cost due to variations, change in suppliers, answers to queries (hitlist). This includes but not limited to revising the Quants Pad and Bill of Quantities.Proper coordination with the Perth office regarding any hitlist, corrections, clarification or ambiguities to the job and any related documents thereto.Double check works of other Scheduler for the accuracy of their job.Self-checking of their job.Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management.
