Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Rotorua, with some work from home flexibility. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling costs on construction projects, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), performing cost planning and cost reporting, and ensuring each project stays within budget. Day-to-day tasks will also include communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide accurate and actionable data. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost ManagementExperience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)Skilled in Cost Planning and Cost ReportingExcellent communication and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fieldRelevant professional certifications are a plus
