Quantity Surveyor

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs associated with construction projects, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), planning and controlling budgets, and providing detailed cost reporting. The goal is to minimize project costs and enhance value for money while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.QualificationsProficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost PlanningExperience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)Skills in detailed Cost ReportingStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication skills and the ability to collaborate on remote teamsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience with construction or similar industries is a plus
