Specialized talent acquisitionTargeted recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract quantum talent, which is globally scarce and in high demand.Define roles and expectations: Create specialized job descriptions that accurately reflect the interdisciplinary nature of quantum engineering, balancing the hype with realistic job requirements and timelines.Manage recruiting partnerships: Build relationships with universities, research labs, and quantum consortiums to establish talent pipelines. 3.
