Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Success Manager (CSM). The CSM will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support, guidance, and strategic advice throughout their journey with Quanturi Oy and our line of products. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary support point of contact for existing customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and objectives. Onboard new customers effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for value-added solutions and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to advocate for customers and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, agriculture, or related field. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Experience working in the agricultural or technology industry is a plus. Fluency in English, French is seen as a major asset.
