Job Summary: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and making strategic hiring decisions to meet organizational needs. Employee Relations:

Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues related to performance, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality. Learning & Development: Design and oversee training programs that support professional growth, leadership development, and organizational capability. HR Compliance: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies and procedures. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary structures, benefits programs, and regular compensation reviews to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, supporting organizational growth and transformation. Performance Management:

Implement performance appraisal frameworks, set KPIs, and support continuous feedback and development conversations. Employee Engagement & Retention: Build a strong, inclusive culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and data-driven retention strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of Human Resources. At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution. Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR policies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
