Job Summary: Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and making strategic hiring decisions to meet organizational needs. Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues related to performance, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality. Learning & Development: Design and oversee training programs that support professional growth, leadership development, and organizational capability. HR Compliance: Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies and procedures. Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary structures, benefits programs, and regular compensation reviews to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals, supporting organizational growth and transformation. Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal frameworks, set KPIs, and support continuous feedback and development conversations. Employee Engagement & Retention: Build a strong, inclusive culture through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and data-driven retention strategies. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of Human Resources. At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution. Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR policies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
