Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support the activities of the Sculpture Conservation section at QAGOMA. This role provides a valuable professional development opportunity, offering hands-on experience across a range of core conservation practices. These include the preparation of artworks for exhibition and loan, condition reporting, installation and de-installation of artworks, housing and ongoing maintenance of the collection, and participation in conservation-related research projects. This role would suit an emerging conservator or recent graduate with an interest in working with a gallery collection in a large institution.
