The Office of the Governor is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Corporate Services to join the Corporate Services team in a permanent, full-time capacity. Reporting to the Deputy Official Secretary, the Director leads a team across governance, people and culture, finance, systems, and administration, ensuring the Office operates with excellence, compliance, and integrity. About The RoleThe Director, Corporate Services provides strategic leadership and oversight of the Office's corporate and administrative functions, supporting the delivery of highquality services that underpin organisational effectiveness. The role guides the implementation and improvement of governance frameworks, corporate planning and policy and compliance practices. It ensures business operations align with the Office's strategic direction, while upholding accountability, ethical standards and resource efficiency.
Working closely with the Deputy Official Secretary and senior stakeholders, the Director shapes a values-based workplace culture, leads key initiatives and strengthens systems for finance, HR and records management. The position also contributes to committee support and reporting, driving performance across the Office. About YouYou will be a capable and strategic leader with strong experience in corporate governance, organisational performance, and public sector operations. Your background will show a consistent ability to deliver results in complex settings while demonstrating integrity, transparency, and accountability.
You will have led change, built high-performing teams and supported positive workplace cultures aligned to strategic goals.
