Arts Queensland (AQ), now part of the Department of Education, is looking for a permanent part-time OO5 Emergency Services Officer (ESO) to work within our Operations and Services team at the Queensland Cultural Centre, South Brisbane. As an ESO you will ensure that the implementation of procedures and policies relating to health and safety of all staff, hirers of facilities, patrons, performers, and other visitors to the QCC and other AQ owned properties are followed and always applied, and provides first person response to fires, first aid, and safety and/or environmental emergency incidents within the QCC site.
Please note this is a part-time position with maximum rostered hours of 22. 8 hours/fortnight. Additional rostered hours/fortnight may be offered as operationally required.
