Your opportunityAs the Executive Support Officer you provide support to the Executive Director, Partnerships, Strategy and Development through confidential executive, administrative and secretarial services. You also provide business support to the Partnerships, Strategy and Development team. In This Role You Will Co-ordinate the Executive Director's electronic diary and monitor email correspondence then prioritise action items to ensure effective management of their time and agenda. Develop, implement and maintain effective administrative processes to enhance the quality assurance of tasks. Identify anomalies and provide recommendations to maintain the level of accuracy in data and information within finance, reporting and business systems.
Obtain relevant advice and apply business policies, procedures and governance standards to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of responses and resolutions. Build and sustain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders and internal and external clients through consultation and liaison to enable the effective delivery of business support and services. Provide business support to the wider team through research and compilation of information that contribute to work priorities and team objectives. Undertake special projects of a complex, sensitive and continuous nature as assigned by the Executive Director.
Provide support, advice and training in administrative activities and undertake general administrative tasks as required.
