Reporting to the Principal Financial Operations Officer, you will provide financial support and advice to the staff across TIQ on a diverse range of financial practices. You will also coordinate the organisation's financial management and compliance responsibilities, whilst supporting ongoing business improvement opportunities. Based In Brisbane, Here's What Your Role Will InvolveAdminister the end-to-end accounts payable and receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor setup, coding, and compliance with financial policies and procedures. Undertake and maintain TIQ's vendor master data change/creation processes, including domestic and international payment processes.
Communicating with a range of stakeholders, maintains strong attention to detail, and demonstrates resilience while managing competing priorities in a high-pressure environment. Manage financial data across multiple non-integrated systems and apply advanced Microsoft Excel functions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Assist in TIQ's (global) end of month and year financial processes, including preparing monthly accruals and reconciliations of the general ledger, generating recurring and prepayment documents and preparing monthly reports ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, applicable legislation and standards is achieved.
