We are seeking an experienced high performing Human Resource Advisor to provide high-quality advice and guidance across a broad range of HR functions which aligns with legislative and agency requirements. You will play a key role in the Human Resource team in delivering a range of contemporary human resource management advice and support to staff within Trade & Investment Queensland. Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) is the Queensland Government's dedicated global business agency.

Our Ideal CandidateExperience in providing expert HR advice and guidance on a range of employee matters (we're talking everything from recruitment to employee relations)Knowledge of relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, awards, policies and practices, in relation to contemporary human resource practice.

Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders to collaboratively deliver customer-focused outcomes.
