You will do this with people who want you to grow and progress. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be responsible for building long-term stakeholder relationships through ongoing strategic consultation with senior management, understanding business strategies, processes and individual ICT needs across TIQ's divisions.

You will negotiate and liaise with service suppliers, vendors and partner agencies to ensure the provision of appropriate and adequate ICT resources, systems and services to meet the business needs of the department and our partners agencies. You will play a key role in supporting the ICT business plan and outcomes that align to the strategic direction of TIQ, through contributing to the delivery of the Queensland Trade and Investment Strategy 2022 - 2032. Based In Brisbane, Here's What Your Role Will InvolveDevelop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through understanding department strategy, business process and individual ICT needs.

Lead and/or participate in strategic consultation and negotiation with senior management, service suppliers, vendors and partner agencies to ensure the provision of appropriate and adequate ICT resources, systems and services to meet the business needs of the department and our partners agencies. Consult and collaborate with business representatives to document formal business requirements to enable solution design and work collaboratively to develop cost estimates. Manage the engagement, new business, and pipeline management process. Oversee the work and performance of a small team with ITD to ensure customer expectations are being met and the team is delivering as required.
