As Multimedia Officer for the Department of State Development, Infrastructure and Planning, you will contribute to the Strategic Communication team by creating and managing a diverse range of visually appealing materials that effectively convey the department’s key priorities and strengthens our brand positioning and presence. You’ll produce engaging videos, capture compelling images, and curate content for various platforms. We want you to be a part of a team that is making a difference by taking a strategic, whole-of-department view of communication planning, and providing context and consistency to all communication messaging.
The branch focuses on strategic communications; media management; online; social media and digital strategy; marketing; and creative. We are looking for people who will live our values and who are open to change. For This Role, We Are Looking For Strengths In Developing digital and multimedia material including videography, photography, simple animations, and a range of digital assets for social media and online-based platforms. Collaborating with team members and clients to gather detailed briefs and coordinate end-to-end creative projects, ensuring a positive and successful brand experience for the audience.
Liaising with and supporting the provision of advice to stakeholders on the design and production of materials, ensuring a strategic alignment between client needs and department objectives. High proficiency in operating industry standard design, publishing, and video editing systems Applying best-practice standards and ensure alignment to corporate identity standards across all digital and visual outputs. Actively engaging in a team environment and positive culture, by demonstrating our core values, celebrating success, and committing to continued learning and development.
