This is an opportunity to work on complex and high-profile legal matters that shape the future of workplace law in Queensland. As a senior member of the team, you'll provide expert legal advice, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to strategic decision-making at Crown Law. Lead and mentor a team of lawyers in handling complex and sensitive legal matters. Represent clients in courts and tribunals and instruct Counsel when required. Assist in legal training programs for client departments and Crown Law officers. Promote Crown Law's services and provide specialist legal guidance. Maintain a high-performance culture and contribute to the strategic direction of the Workplace Law team.

About YouMinimum six years post-admission experience in legal practice. Expertise in Workplace Law, Industrial Relations, and Administrative Law. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage complex legal matters independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey legal advice effectively. A proactive approach to self-development, including maintaining CPD points and engaging in performance feedback processes.
