About The RoleAs the Principal Program Advisor, you will collaborate with operational and project teams to support the delivery of a transformative program of projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring effective implementation, change management, and reporting, while also providing oversight and supervision to a small team.
Your ResponsibilitiesWork across QLeave's service delivery function and project teams to deliver a transformation program of projectsUndertake liaison, consultation, discussion and negotiation with key internal and external stakeholders to interpret business and user requirements to support project and service delivery outcomesUndertake research and analysis to identify and advise on future business improvements, opportunities, priorities and issues across operational areasProvide expert advice and support on the development of improvement, business and technology initiatives and projects to ensure QLeave's service delivery aligns with strategic prioritiesContribute to the implementation of QLeave's Portfolio Plan by identifying, responding to, and reporting on risks, and raising awareness within your team to ensure compliance to legislation and public sector policies and proceduresFor a complete overview of the responsibilities of this role, please refer to the role description.
