As Our Principal Project Officer, You Will: Support the Transformation Office in the development and implementation of project plans by contributing to the design, coordination, and monitoring of project activities in line with approved project management methodologies and DPI standards. Support the development and implementation of project plans by contributing to the design, coordination, and monitoring of project activities in line with approved project management methodologies and DPI standards. Prepare high-quality project documentation including status updates, briefing notes, reports, submissions, and correspondence to inform internal and external stakeholders, managing schedules, maintaining registers, tracking risks and issues as required. Undertake research, analysis as required. Provide practical advice and input to support the planning, development and implementation of business improvement initiatives that align with project objectives and DPI strategic priorities.

Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the successful delivery of project activities and ensure compliance with governance requirements. Identify and escalate project risks, dependencies or emerging issues to the Project Manager and recommend mitigation strategies where appropriate.
