Disability, Student Support is seeking a highly motivated Project Officer to join our team! In this role, you'll provide support and advice to assist in the effective functioning of a large team. You'll also contribute to projects and the work of teams focused on developing and delivering services, support and resources that contribute to supporting students with disability in Queensland state schools. Find out more about working with us . About The RoleAs a Project Officer, you will play an important role in supporting disability reform in Queensland. Key responsibilities: Resolve operational problems and assist in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies, processes and systems for effective and efficient administration of departmental services. Assist in the dissemination of project information to departmental staff and members of the public.

Maintain and enhance administrative systems and processes to maximise the effectiveness of team processes and outputs. Assist in the preparation of reports, submissions, briefing material and correspondence relating to the project. Assist in fostering a supportive, equitable, ethical and safe work environment. Demonstrated skills in PowerPoint, OneNote and Excel and experience coordinating the administrative functions of a busy office are highly desirable. Interested? To Apply:
