Job Description

Resources Safety and Health Queensland (RSHQ) is the independent regulator of worker safety and health in Queensland's mining, quarrying, petroleum, gas and explosives industries. The Occupational Health (OH) division within RSHQ is seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to join our Records team in the Health Surveillance Unit. This role is offered on a temporary, fixed term basis. As a Senior Administration Officer within the Records team you will be part of a team that is responsible for the receipt, review and release of requests for records held by the Health Surveillance Unit.

You will monitor processes to identify and implement solutions that improve and maintain service delivery in relation to our records and information management, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

What We Are Looking ForDelivery-orientated professional with an eye for detail and a passion for information managementDemonstrated experience in records and information managementThe ability to provide support to your Team Leader in relation to day-to-day task management across the teamWell-developed communication and facilitation skills (written and oral) with an ability to work collaboratively in a dynamically changing environment and influence stakeholder actionsAn ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesThe role description will outline any qualifications, licences and specific requirements of the role.
