The Department of Education is looking for staff to join our Enterprise Information Services team to provide high quality information services that enable compliance with applicable information management legislation including the Copyright Act 1968, Public Records Act 2023 and Right to Information Act 2009. Why this Role?As the Senior Information Co-ordinator you will have the opportunity to provide technical and policy assistance to help staff comply with the Copyright Act 1968, Public Records Act 2023 and Right to Information Act 2009.
The role will involve updating components in the department's eDRMS, Content ManagerThe successful candidate will have proven experience performing administration functions in Content Manager, including tasks such asPerforming data cleansing work using the Content Manager DataPort function, andUpdating Content Manager locations, security controls and record typesThe role also requires you to develop guidelines and training materials to assist staff to achieve compliant workplace operations. Demonstrated success providing individual or small group training across a range of information management domains, including effective use of Content Manager, would be highly regarded.
Your work will involve engaging closely with technology and compliance support partners in a number of different business units, and requires experience working collaboratively to drive a positive outcome across a large organisation. This role is part of a tight knit team who embrace new ideas and innovation to inform future practice.
