Your Key ContributionsContribute to the growth and capability of the Parliamentary Service by: Lead end-to-end procurement for complex purchases, collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve outstanding results. Maintain and improve our internal control framework for procurement to support robust and compliant service delivery. Facilitate effective contract management aligned with our Contract Management Framework. Interpret and consistently apply policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring best practice across all procurement activities. Deliver clear, insightful reports, submissions, and policy documents for executive leadership. Your Key Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated ability to interpret and consistently apply policies, standards and procedures.
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of procurement and contract management services for strategic and complex supply arrangements. Highly developed research, analytical and problem solving skills. Highly developed written communication skills, particularly in preparing and evaluating policy/reports/submissions for executive leaders. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with emphasis on the provision of client services, advice, training, negotiation and conflict resolution. Your QualificationsBachelor's degree in procurement, finance or similar is highly desirable but not essential.
