Why this Role?The Key Responsibilities Of The RoleUtilise your high level communication skills, using empathy and compassion to initiate contact with parents, carers and other community members regarding concerns or complaints. Develop written responses to a range of enquiries, Ministerials, complaints and appeals including those that are led and managed by the offices of the Minister and Senior Government Executives.
Coordinate information to produce briefings and reports on behalf of the Regional Director. Maintain high quality record keeping and completion of data analysis as required. Demonstrate effective liaison skills, sound communication and collaboration processes with state schools, together with major partners and other relevant agencies and stakeholders to determine appropriate outcomes.
