Policelink is a large non-urgent contact centre that provides service to the Queensland community. We are staffed by Client Service Officers, Team Leaders, Police Officers and a range of corporate staff who all contribute to the delivery of service to the Queensland community and Queensland Police Service. The work environment is a purpose-built facility located in the North Brisbane suburbs at Zillmere. The building incorporates large open spaces, training rooms, an onsite caf←, access to free gymnasium and secure car parking for all staff. The centre is a convenient two-minute walk from the Zillmere Railway Station.
Your Key AccountabilitiesThe core capability requirements for this role are: Assist in the implementation and execution of tests to ensure the delivered solutions meet the requirements and deliverables of the stakeholders. Liaise regularly with developers, functional analysts, and support staff to effectively plan and execute testing activities within agreed time frames. Undertake programming associated with the development, maintenance, and enhancement of scripts. Assist in the guidance of subject matter experts in the development, maintenance, and execution of user acceptance tests. Participate in multi-disciplinary projects teams.
Support the functions of the Policelink Contact Management business unit through the provision of administrative and organisational support. Applications to remain current for 12 months. Occupational group Customer Service/Call centre
