This strategic leadership role will shape and drive the firm’s global Hedge Fund Services strategy, ensuring superior service delivery, innovative product development, and sustainable profitability in a competitive and fast-evolving industry. The Role: As Global Head of Hedge Fund Services, you will oversee the full spectrum of the client line – from go-to-market strategies and product design to digital transformation and operational delivery.

You will lead a global team in delivering an exceptional client experience, driving efficiency, and setting the standard for best-in-class service to Hedge Fund and Fund of Hedge Fund clients. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the global strategy and value proposition for Hedge Fund Services across all regionsDefine and execute go-to-market plans, driving client growth, profitability, and risk controlOversee product development and management to align with regulatory frameworks and client needsChampion digital transformation and drive innovation in client experience and operating modelsManage financial performance of the Hedge Fund Services unit, including cost, investment, and P&L managementEnsure robust risk management, governance, and compliance across the businessCollaborate with senior stakeholders internally and externally to deliver client-centric solutionsDevelop and optimise a global Target Operating Model, supporting operational scalability and excellenceAbout You:

You are a highly experienced senior leader in financial services, with deep expertise in alternative investments and hedge funds. You bring strategic vision, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to lead transformational change across global teams. Your communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills are second to none. Key Requirements:

Extensive experience in a senior leadership position within Securities Services or Alternative InvestmentsStrong knowledge of the Hedge Fund sector, operating models, technology trends, and regulatory frameworksDemonstrated success in managing complex P&L and delivering sustainable growthProven ability to lead product innovation and digital client experience initiativesExperience managing business transformation, offshoring strategies, and cost optimisation programmesDesirable:
