As a Quick Cafe Associate, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages quickly and accurately, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and operating the cash register.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:Greet customers warmly and efficientlyTake and process orders accurately and quicklyAnswer customer questions about the menu and specialsHandle customer inquiries and complaints professionallyEnsure customer satisfaction with food and serviceFood And Beverage PreparationPrepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standardsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceEnsure food and beverage items are fresh and properly stored Sales TransactionsOperate the cash register accurately and efficientlyHandle credit card transactionsBalance the drawer at the end of the shiftMaintenance And CleaningClean tables, counters, and other surfacesWipe down spills and clean up trashRestock supplies as neededEnsure the cafe is clean, safe, and welcoming for customersOther DutiesAssist with other tasks as needed, such as stocking shelves, organizing inventory, or helping with special eventsFollow all safety and hygiene proceduresBe familiar with and adhere to all company policies and proceduresRequirementsCustomer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to handle customer interactions effectively. Basic menu knowledge and a general knowledge of the Garden and restaurantCommunication Skills: Able to clearly and concisely communicate with customers and coworkers. Positive interpersonal skills requiredBasic Math Skills: Able to accurately calculate change and perform basic math calculationsPhysical Stamina: Able to stand for extended periods of time and move around quickly.
