Quickbooks Accountant / GAAP

We’re looking for a full-time, dedicated professional to manage QuickBooks accounting for our U.S. subsidiaries and bring clarity to intercompany records through clean accounting separation and reporting.Responsibilities:Categorize and reconcile transactions; classify loans in QuickBooks.Maintain tax-ready records and prepare financial statements.Ensure accounting accuracy and compliance with GAAP.Implement clear separation between entities and streamline financial reporting.Qualifications:Proven QuickBooks Online experience.Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently.Must be available full time and not engaged with other companies.Additional training may be provided for the right candidate.📩 Job is fully remote.
