Quality Assurance Technologist – Food ManufacturingLocation: Co. MeathJob Type: Full-timeAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Technologist to join a dynamic food manufacturing environment based in Co. Meath. This role is responsible for maintaining day-to-day quality assurance practices and supporting the implementation of food safety and quality standards across the site. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with company procedures, food safety legislation, and industry standardsLiaise with technical departments across suppliers and customersSupport new product development including ingredient selection and functionalityEnsure manufacturing operations meet current regulatory and legislative requirementsMaintain and improve Quality Management Systems, including HACCPMonitor and report on KPIs, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actionsLead investigations into non-conformance and customer complaintsPrepare for internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions are addressedPerform quality checks on production samples against set specificationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality systemsConduct internal audits, inspections, and traceability exercisesQualifications & Skills:
