The RoleAs our Partner Manager, you’ll build and grow strategic relationships with both new and existing channel partners, integrators, and key account clients.
You’ll own the commercial lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to performance reviews and contract renewals, ensuring partners are equipped and motivated to drive mutual growth. You will also be responsible for nurturing our current portfolio of 65+ partners, ensuring they receive best-in-class support and continue to expand their contribution to Qurrent’s success.
Key ResponsibilitiesExisting Partner Portfolio ManagementAct as primary liaison for our network of 65+ partners; conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and joint business-planning sessionsStrategic Partnership DevelopmentIdentify, recruit and onboard new partners (EPCs, asset owners, OEMs) aligned with Qurrent’s GTM strategy; negotiate agreements and set shared KPIsKey Account ManagementOwn business reviews, pipeline forecasts, renewals and upsells for top-tier customers and alliancesEnablement, Training & EducationDesign and deliver sales-enablement materials, technical trainings, playbooks, webinars, workshops and co-selling sessionsServe as a skilled presenter and educator, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiencesPerformance Analysis & ReportingTrack partner metrics (revenue, deal velocity, win rates, NPS) and produce monthly reportsRecommend optimizations to territory assignments, incentive structures and engagement modelsSuccess Metrics & AccountabilityYou will be measured primarily on partner-driven sales growth and partner satisfaction scoresWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & Skills3+ years in partner management, sales, key account management or alliances.
Ideally in energy, cleantech or SaaSProven track record managing large partner portfoliosStrong sales background with demonstrated success in negotiating and closing B2B contractsDeep understanding of energy markets is a strong plusStrong financial acumen: modeling deal economics, pricing and margin splitsStartup MindsetThrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, adaptable, proactive and ready to wear multiple hatsRelationship & CommunicationExceptional negotiator, presenter and educator; fluent in English (Swedish a plus)Empathetic listener who builds trust quickly and adapts to stakeholder needsProcess-Oriented & AnalyticalData-driven:
experienced working with CRM-systems Organized self-starter capable of designing scalable partner programsTeam PlayerCollaborative spirit; comfortable with travel to partner sites and industry events.
