Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:R&D Team LeadYour Role and Responsibilities ：Work model: onsiteParticipate in the research and development of industrial robots, with a focus on structural simulation and performance optimization, conducting quasi-static and dynamic strength analyses of structures.Support new product development by providing FEA-based decision-making support throughout the entire cycle, from conceptual design to prototype validation.Perform FEA-based reproduction and root cause analysis of failures occurring during product development and after-sales, providing structural problem-solving solutions.Prepare technical documentation such as standardized FEA analysis reports, and contribute to technical knowledge accumulation and standardization.Qualifications For The Role：Master's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, Aerospace, or related technical disciplines.Proficient in finite element analysis software (e.g., Ansys) with solid knowledge of core mechanical theories: Structural Mechanics, Material Mechanics, Vibration Theory, and Elastoplastic Analysis.Familiar with engineering material properties, and experienced in implementing static and contact nonlinear analyses, modal/transient dynamic analyses, and fatigue life assessment (S-N/E-N methods).Strong learning ability, communication skills, and resilience under pressure.Proficient in using computer office software and fluent in spoken English.What’s in it for you?
