We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Design and develop software/digital subsystems and features of the the vector network analyzers and device test products.Continuously improve the product quality by fixing defects and refactoring design.Lead a project team if necessary.Collaborate with international development teams in US, China and India for single software platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware developers, production engineers and support engineers to ensure seamless integration.QualificationsQualifications:BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree7+ years of software development experienceStrong software development skill in C/C++, C#, Python or other programming languagesPreferred QualificationsDeep expertise in test and measurement systemsExperience with Windows and Linux development environmentsExperience with embedded systems and hardware controlFamiliarity with team development using source control and defect tracking systemFluent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience with people and technology leadership
