Job Title: R&D Executive (Food & Beverage / Nutraceuticals)About UsWe are a growing food manufacturing company specializing in functional beverages, health supplements, and OEM production. To support our expansion, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented R&D Executive to join our dynamic team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and development of new food & beverage formulations (functional drinks, Nutraceuticals , powder mixes,).Improve and optimize existing products in terms of taste, nutrition, and shelf life.Conduct sensory evaluation, stability testing, and product validation in compliance with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with Production, QA/QC, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth commercialization of new products.Source and evaluate new raw materials, ingredients, and packaging to support innovation.Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and R&D reports.Ensure compliance with Halal, HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory standards.RequirementsDegree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.Minimum 3 years of R&D experience in the food / FMCG industry. (Fresh graduates with strong project experience are encouraged to apply.)Strong knowledge of functional ingredients, formulations, and product development process.Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills in English , Mandarin and Malay.
