Thanks to our people, we have become a leader in the green building materials market, becoming the ideal partner for important designers, specialized distributors and corporate clients.Who we are looking forA Research & Development (R&D) Operator to follow and actively carry out the project and laboratory activities, performing the physical and chemical analysis to determine the performances and characteristics of the products under development. As an R&D Operator you will work on the assigned tasks ensuring that the results are achieved within the timelines defined.The R&D Operator will report directly to the local R&D Manager and will be based at the Kerakoll Hellas facilities in Schimatari.ResponsibilitiesConduct physical and chemical analyses of construction materials and products.Discuss project progress and results with the R&D Manager.Participate in R&D and Technical Department meetings to discuss project development, targets, results and application tests.Plan and conduct periodic characterization of Kerakoll and competitor products.Cooperate with the Quality Control department to develop documentation for checking finished products and raw materials.Maintain and clean laboratory equipment to ensure efficient operation.Desired profileBachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Materials Engineering. Former experience in laboratory environment in the building sector companies (ready-mix mortars, cements, inorganic binders in general, chemical additives, etc.) will be considered an asset.
