Our innovative culture will allow interested candidates to discover and create, through collaboration, cutting-edge solutions to tough problems.Job SummaryThis is an office-based position responsible for supporting the R&D leadership with project management.The R&D Project Manager reports directly to the R&D Senior Manager and will liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the reporting and timely progress of new product development projects under ISO13485.SkillsThis role requires project management skills and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Key Duties:Project Leadership: Plan and manage R&D projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Manufacturing, and Marketing.Timeline: Develop and monitor project schedules and risk mitigation plans.Documentation & Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement in the New Product Development process and work together with R&D leadership towards better efficiency.Compliance: Ensure projects meet regulatory and quality standards under ISO13485.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's in Biology/Biochemistry or project management, or related field.5+ years of experience in the life science or diagnostics industry (PCR, NGS, or lateral flow) environment, with at least 2 years in a project management role.Familiarity with reagent formulation, assay optimization, and ISO13485 management system.Proven project management skills (PMP or similar certification is a plus).Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Experience with regulatory pathways for diagnostic products (e.g., CE-IVD, FDA 510(k)) preferredUnderstanding of molecular diagnostics workflows and immunoassay technologiesExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsThe ability to work collaboratively and effectively in multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, as well as the capability of working independently with guidanceLNKD1_UKTJ
