The chance to influence the company right from the startBits of your job:Review and revise R&D documentation, formulation sheets, and technical data files for accuracy and consistency.Perform initial data entry and filing of product specifications, raw material data, and testing reports.Assist in the creation and standardization of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and internal templates.Support the R&D team in literature research and ingredient data collection.Ensure compliance of all documents with regulatory and quality requirements.Collaborate remotely with the R&D and manufacturing teams to maintain an organized digital filing system.And other assigned tasks.Key expectations:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a natural sciences-related field.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Interest in nutraceuticals, pet health, or cosmetics.Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Salary: 500 €/mon. netWe offer both part-time and full-time opportunities, with full-time defined as 8 hours daily.
