You’ll support the full development cycle—from lab trials to market launch—while learning the essentials of product innovation, technical data management, and project coordination.Join our R&D team at the Food Science Centre in Wageningen, equipped with state-of-the-art pilot plants, labs, and professional kitchens. This is your chance to work on real products for major retailers and brands, in a dynamic, international environment.What You’ll DoHands-on Development: Weigh and prepare ingredients for lab and pilot trialsExecute formulation tests and record results accuratelyTechnical & Regulatory Support: Maintain recipes, specifications, and compliance documentationValidate claims and prepare customer data sheetsMarket & Consumer Insights: Support competitor and consumer analysisHelp build selling stories with commercial teams and chefsProject Delivery: Coordinate artwork, specs, and registration for launchesTrack consumer complaints and drive resolutionsExecute post-launch evaluations for continuous improvementCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, QA, Regulatory, and ChefsSo what does it take to be successful in this role?  Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Hands-on individual who thrives in both practical environments—such as the lab and pilot plant—and is equally confident managing data and working with internal and external (e.g. customer) systems.
