What you will do: As the R2R Project Manager – Cash Accounting, you will be responsible for defining harmonized workflows, collaborating with treasury and finance teams, and supporting the implementation of digital solutions to streamline cash-related transactions. Responsibilities: Drive the standardization of cash accounting processes, including bank reconciliations and cash application Define harmonized workflows and internal controls for cash-related transactions Collaborate closely with treasury and finance teams to align on best practices Support the integration of cash accounting processes within broader ERP implementations (e.g., S/4 HANA core model) Act as the key contact for cash accounting and bank statement related requirements Ensure local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements are incorporated into digitalized Record-to-Report (R2R) processes Work with central teams to ensure global solutions meet local compliance and operational needs Support change management and communication efforts to engage local finance teams Review and approve local adaptations or exceptions to global cash accounting processes Desired education, expertise, and skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Approximately 5 years of experience in a similar position or as an operational leader in Cash Accounting processes or Treasury Deep knowledge of cash accounting, treasury interfaces, and reconciliation processes Experience with KTP Treasury Management, SAP Cash Management, In-House Cash, or similar tools Familiarity with middleware and payment platforms Understanding of liquidity reporting and cash forecasting Familiarity with digital finance tools and transformation projects Familiarity with project management methodologies Understanding of intercompany accounting and reconciliation practices Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Ability to bridge operational needs with system requirements Change management and training facilitation skills Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory frameworks Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate local needs into actionable input for global project teams Analytical mindset with attention to detail Effective communication skills to liaise between local users and central project teams Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills Languages: Fluency in English is required Knowledge of French is an asset, but not mandatory Benefits: Private health insurance for you and your family; Opportunities for ongoing personal and professional development; Meal tickets; Annual extended holiday entitlement, depending on length of employment; Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment; Safe workplace equipped with state-of-the-art tools and technologies; Direct contribution to the energy transition and sustainability; Work-life balance.
