Carbo Culture is looking to add process operators at our facilities in Kerava to work with our engineering team and ensure adequate supervision and monitoring of our production processes. This position will ensure optimum efficiency and continuation of daily operations and will report to our R&D site manager. Responsibilities: Collaborating with the engineering team and participation in daily operations at our facilities.
Complete all duties as assigned with a high degree of dedication to safety and environmental stewardshipPerform weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance on all production and R&D equipment Operating process related equipment and plant process control systems in a safe environmentally responsible mannerOptimizing plant performance by monitoring process equipment and conditions using process control and process information systems Determining root causes of deviations in process, product or equipment performance and have a troubleshooting mindsetPerforming process equipment troubleshooting, routine equipment repairs, improvements and preventative maintenancePerforming daily tasks efficiently using the appropriate computer tools and softwareEnsuring operational activities and process performance are aligned with business goals Ideal candidate:
You have relevant work experience in mechanical process technology and have worked with pressurized systems. Experience in thermal energy systems production and high temperature processes is a plus.
