We are looking for a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to manage all contract cleaning operations at our client’s regional camps and forward operating bases. The role involves working closely with the Cleaning Service Supervisory Lead to ensure cleaning services are delivered efficiently and meet the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning staff, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with contractual and service quality standards. Roles & ResponsibilitiesRecruit qualified cleaning staff and ensure they receive appropriate training. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are covered adequately. Assign daily cleaning tasks to staff and monitor completion.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. Address and resolve any conflicts or issues among staff. Conduct daily and weekly inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met. Ensure all cleaning activities comply with client standards and regulations. Collect and address feedback from clients and occupants. Implement improvements based on feedback and inspection results. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. Ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and functional. Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering of supplies and equipment. Monitor and manage the budget for cleaning supplies and equipment.
Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff schedules, and performance reports. Document and report any incidents or issues that occur during cleaning operations. Prepare and submit regular reports to the supervisory lead and client representatives. Coordinate and oversee cleaning for emergency situations within one hour of notification. Plan and execute cleaning tasks for special events, ensuring all areas are ready as needed. Ensure staff availability for emergency and special event cleaning requirements. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma in Catering and Hotel ManagementAt least 7 years of experience in customer service, housekeeping, and camp management services. Experience working with international organizations is preferred.
